Training, delivery, acceptance coordination, field support,
and overseas remote delivery across multiple project bases.

Delivery Overview

Cross-region delivery and training support

SRM has established a delivery workflow around equipment arrival, operation training, acceptance coordination, field support, and remote collaboration. This page focuses on delivery methods, support scope, and service experience without disclosing detailed project scale.

Delivery Coverage

On-site coordination for domestic bases and remote support for overseas projects

Domestic bases focus on equipment delivery, installation preparation, operation training, software configuration, and acceptance coordination. Overseas projects are supported through remote installation guidance, usage support, and issue response.

Delivery Method

Continuous support from delivery preparation to field use

The delivery process does not focus on project scale. It focuses on whether the customer can smoothly complete equipment receipt, system connection, operation training, and acceptance confirmation. SRM provides coordinated support across equipment, software, and operating workflow according to project location, site conditions, and customer arrangements.

  • On-site delivery focuses on arrival checks, tool-string assembly explanation, ground host operation, software configuration, and acceptance coordination.
  • Remote delivery focuses on installation guidance, communication confirmation, usage Q&A, and response to key issues.
  • Delivery materials are used to retain training records, acceptance notes, and field feedback for follow-up service and product improvement.
